It brings together exhibiting companies in all fields of the food manufacturing process, from raw material processing to packaging and distribution, focused on food manufacturing and processing machinery. This year marks the 40th anniversary of this annual exhibition that has a long history and tradition in Japan. In 2017 the exhibition area scale will be further expanded to roughly 15,000 square meters.
