APPLICATION OF PRODUCT:

 Plaster package is keened to guarantee the medical ingredient stay functional and longer shelf life, such usually apply high barrier and opaque film as Aluminum foil laminated material. Lately besides traditional ointment or jelly plaster there are some plaster with magnet powder or stone for increase blood circulation and those plaster can apply transparent film or paper-like film to demonstrate the package design and plaster itself.

 Hopak Plaster Packaging machine create seamless sealing to guarantee the shelf life and optional for twin reel film feeding for different material packaging needs.

Single Web (M plate) divided into two rolls, as each side is uniformly heat-sealed the bagging has better sealing performance. Both side of package allows eye-mark printing pattern.

 Two roll of film from top and bottom, allow to use two different material for each roll but only one side allows eye-mark printing pattern. Highly applied on medical package, one side of transparent plastic another side of paper material.

Easy Open features available include Unsealed Header Peel Corner, Tear Notch or Serrated Edge.

Apply with food degree Mobil lubrication.

All product contact area with SUS304 (all owed to provide COA, Certificate of Analysis)

Pusher material as POM (Approved by SGS for FDA standard and allow to provide COA.)
